Stacey Asp ~ Stained Glass Designer
As a former associate of the late regional artist, David Hetland, and a long-time resident of the Fargo-Moorhead area, Stacey Asp has had over 25 years of design experience in liturgical art and stained-glass design. She has had the opportunity to collaborate with a number of the area’s prominent stained-glass shops, developing lasting relationships with both the shops and their clients over the years. “When designing, I encourage the client's input throughout the design phase. I enjoy getting to know them and will provide a concept for their project that allows room for their interpretation and input. I have an appreciation for the collaboration process in order to create something beautiful and personal for all involved.”
Stacey has a number of works throughout the country that include large-scale church and chapel commissions as well as residential spaces. Her design style leans towards the contemporary but she also has experience with traditional work and takes pride in her ability to bridge the old with the new. From conceptual theme development to the design renderings, glass palettes and glass painting, her experience encompasses the entire spectrum of the project.
Stacey resides and works from her home studio in Harwood, ND where she and her husband live with their two children.
